If you're looking for a peaceful escape to nature, this remote hotel's secluded location is perfect. the rooms and bathrooms are impressively well-designed, while the friendly security guard and manager are always willing to help. Plus, the hot water and big comfy beds are a welcome bonus after a long day of exploring the great outdoors.

The language barrier can cause communication challenges, especially if you don't speak Tamil.

The bed was big and comfortable. Also, the air conditioning worked really well. The location was very peaceful and quiet, which was great for a weekend getaway. We also appreciated the hot water in the shower, and the fact that the room was cleaned daily.

There were just too many bugs in the room. We had to constantly kill cockroaches and ants, which made us feel uncomfortable. Also, the communication with the staff was difficult as they only spoke limited English/Sinhalese. Lastly, the food was not good and the service was slow, which made us regret ordering dinner from the hotel restaurant. we wouldn't recommend this hotel for a future stay.

Celebrated the New Year at this cozy hotel and it was fantastic! the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the delicious local cuisine offered for dinner. One of the best aspects was the location, as it was right next to the beach and in a quiet area. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and free parking, which was very convenient for us.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the bathroom drainage was not working well and we had to call maintenance to fix it.
